The
vision for
inspire dance ministry
I
love Jesus. I love Him for a lot of good reasons and I love to love
Him by dancing for Him because dancing has always been something very
special to me. Dancing has inspired me to love Him because it reminds
me of His beauty, creativity, passion, order, grace and wholeheartedness.
It’s like an open door to His heart.
My
hope and prayer is that, through Inspire Dance Ministry, other people
will be inspired to love Him as well. I also have this secret agenda
of loving and enjoying some dancers that are so dear to His heart in
the process.
I
would like to share my beliefs and the beliefs of Inspire Dance
Ministry so you know what I will be portraying and promoting in
class:
Jesus
is God and King of all creation who took on a completely human
frame and walked on this earth and lived a sinless life for the
purpose of dying for the penance of our sins; God’s wrath was
poured out on Him instead of me and you. Because of His love for us,
He was faithful to do this.
Not
only did Jesus die, but He also rose from the dead and is alive
forever on a throne in heaven. Because of this, we can live forever
with Him in heaven after death on this earth and we can live with Him
forever in the Age to Come after He comes back to judge and restore
the Earth.
Jesus
has allowed us to make the greatest exchange—our life for His. It’s
the exchange of our standing with God that is destined for judgement and damnation because of our sin, for His standing with God which is perfect and
intimate, where God's favor is upon us and we can live with God
forever. This great exchange takes place if we accept Jesus as God
and entrust our lives over to Him, making Him our Lord.
Jesus
has made a way and is the only way for us to be reconciled back to
God, our Father, who loves us and is love itself. We can now have a
family forever and have the very spirit of Jesus living inside of us
to help us seek Him and help us know Him and to change our hearts to be more like His; beautiful and fruitful in righteousness.
This
is only a simple explanation of all that Jesus is and what He has
done, and what He is doing on the earth every day in His pursuit of
bringing His goodness and holiness to earth.
As
a Christian, I am still on the road to pursuing God's holiness for my
heart and will be on that journey for quite a while... But it is my
honor and privilege to walk and dance along with you and to give you
what the Lord has put on my heart since I truly believe that this is
what He has called me to do and I’m so thankful for the gifts and
experience He’s given me for it. Please pray for me as I aspire to
shine Jesus' light through my life and through this ministry. I love
you all very much and am looking forward to enjoying you this coming
year!
